Pinkies
Hi Vinesh, I saw you at the ramp last night, you had just launched when I was reversing down. Was a great night, conditions were fantastic. Any luck with the pinks? We tried sulphur rock & Harding rock, landed heaps of good looking 20cm pinkies, but nothing larger. All the boats around had similar luck. One guy came over from the D9, said a few guys in the middle did ok but not much on the edges. I was really hoping for a sized pinkie last night, guess its a good excuse to try again after the ban.

No Dhu's
No Dhu's , but over 10 years ago i saw a guy land a very nice Baldchin on the D9. It was about 5kg, if i didn't see it myself i probaly wouldn't have believed him.
From then on every time we saw him out there we called him Mr Baldie, he always said hello and would share info about his catch and spots, Ahhh the good old day's when you were allowed to approach another boat without worrying about gitting hit with a large sinker .

Hale road
Probably a bit outside the area of interest but I caught a 60cm Dhufish at Hale Road reef a few years back. Not unremarkable but the fact that it took a trolled Rapala at 6 knots was a bit different!
