dinghy fishing

hey im 13 and i just got a new dinghy last weekend and would like 2 knoow sum spots(not gps marks or anything just general ares 2 try) im located in coogee and closest boat ramp is woodies i would like 2 catch sumthing eadible becuz i have been fishing at woodies for sharks and rays and everything and havent had much luck execpt for the occasional squid and my parents get fed up with wasting money and not getting anything back so yerh

If your after a good feed
If your after a good feed I'd be out targeting KG whiting and squid, plenty of both in the sound. As I'm stuck on land, not sure about where to find the KGs but drift over weed beds and you should find the squid pretty easily.
Cockburn is very popular so I'm sure you will get some sound advice (pun intended) from the regulars on here :-)
