Don't flash

If you are driving Indian Ocean rd and see the coppers don't flash to warn anyone because I want them to book all the morons that are driving on that rd. Coming back today I had a fat slag tailgate me for about 5km ( I was sitting on 110) when she over took me on the overtaking lane she came at me with a mouthfull of abuse. I just waved the bird at her. Anyway the whole family watches as she heads down the hill toward Wilbinga grove at breakneck speed to overtake another car over double white lines. Deserves to have the book thrown at her face. Funny thing is we catch up to her at the Burns beach lights great lot of good all that speeding and idiocy did her.

Problem is
If the truth be known she probably doesn't have a licence, couldn't give a shit about anyone.
Can't lose demerit points when you don't have any, impound the car? people like that simply go and get another one.
I understand your frustration sea-kem and, agree fully they should have the book thrown at them but it doesn't happen, laws are too soft.

Pfff
We had the opposite, no c@#t capable of doing the speed limit
I am, as I've said, merely competent. But in an age of incompetence, that makes me extraordinary.

Had 3
No 1., Camper vans today going to Jurien to do my shopping, well you guessed the f.....kwits (sorry for the swearing but I was fuming) were sniffing each others exhaust fumes, couldn't overtake so close to each other, people didn't think that if a roo or emu run out their would have been a chain reaction. You guessed it they got a mouthful on the CB when I could over take 3 (illegal) at once, got up to 170klms, I love the turbo in the desiel enginel hahh. Their was 20 cars, boats and vans behind me.
No 2., Green head where they turn onto Indian Ocean drive, two cars pull out in front (turned right), I have a black car so drive with my lights on, very slowly they take off, then the &^%$ turned onto the road (left) that takes them to the Brand H'way, why couldn't they wait till I drove past I was doing the speed limit, nobody behind me for klms.
No 3 Finaly past the 3 camper vans, get up to another campervan, guess what speed he was doing 70klms a hr, yes I had road rage, tooted the old plick (Mexican) as I went past, scared the sh....t out of him, he nearly jumped out the wind screen, gggrrrrr
I pity anybody driving to Perth today, IOD was like a freeway heading south, just hope everybody got home safe and sound. Boats, caravans, campers, 4x4's, you name it was heading home. Didn't see one copper on the road or in Jurien.

Warning
Laughing my arse off today coming into Perth near Thomas rd, a guy parked up on the side of the freeway holding a big picture of a speed camera with the words 'SPEED' underneath it, as we passed him (at 102kmh of course) there was a real police speed camera 100 yards behind him !! CLASSIC, he got a hoot and thumbs up from me, obviously had a big grudge against the coppers, so funny......

Was he wearing a face mask? There was a segment on Today Tonight a month or so ago about people warning drivers of upcomming speed cameras around Perth!

warning people cant be illegal
the last time the police and camera operators wanted a pay increase the govt kept delaying.
So the camera operators put their signs in full view and i even saw many with a candy car next to the camera with all the lights on.
Their version was they were raising their profile to improve road safety.
In a nut shell the revenue the govt was losing forced their hand and the pay increase went through after only a few days of these tactics..
So it cant be illegal to warn other motorists, after all both police and camera operators participated.

The extra speed never seems
The extra speed never seems to get them much ahead, i always prefer driving late at night when doing road trips, less dip shits on the road and no one tailgating me whilst towing the boat. Always stick to 100 to 105 whilst towing. Last trip back from Denham has some old bugger race past me at break neck speed around Eneabba and caught up with him at Gin Gin where the boys in blue had got him, big waste of $$$$ for him. After the cops finished with hIm he decided to race passed me again at Bullsbrook.
Gotta say that multiple vehicles towing banked up with no room left for overtaking vehicles certainly shits the hell out of me. Impatient drivers start doing stupid things, these guys leaving no room should be fined. The dick heads doing way under the limit also shit me, I reckon some of these old fellas towing vans get off on trying to minimise their fuel use.
