Duelling crayfish and agro wobby

Had a dive on thursday and saw 2 big crays having a brawl. I filmed them for about a minute before they decided I was too close and they took off.
Also had a little wobby swim over my sharkshield and opened its mouth right up and then swam past my buddy .
Last year in the same place I had one about the same size come from behind me and brush against me as it went past.

No reaction from the wobby to the shark shield
I take it the wobby couldn't care less about the shark shield then, to me that's a bit strange.

Wobbies are not really affected by shark shields as they do not have ampules of lorenzini which are the black dots around the chin of conventional sharks. These are what makes them sensitive to electric fields. Years ago I saw a really big wobby sitting on the bottom and I swam above it and dangled the shark shield lead on top of it. It stayed there and did like a convulsion each time the shield pulsed. Other fish such as dhuies are not affected by them. ach time the shield pulsed.

Yeh and dirty big black stingrays dont seem to react either , prob as crano says , thats not what the shields target,

The shield was on and the wobby actually jumped and opened its mouth as it went over the top of it
