Dunsborough

Need some local advice please.
Taking boat down to Dunsborough with the family in couple of weeks.
Looking on my charts, I thought Wright Bank looks close enough. The chart states "breaks in moderate swell".
Is it relatively safe? Will have kids on the boat.

Wrights bank
Would be very careful with any swell over two metres on the bank. It can break anywhere are it comes up very sharply on the western side to about 25 feet if I remember correctly in places.
Not sure if the Coral lumps are on a chart without having to dig mine out but they are only 10nm NW of the cape or due north to SWest bank.
Another spot is due west from Sugarloaf rock about 4-4.5nm, there is a big patch of very heavy bottom that produces some good eating fish with YTK and sambos for a bit of sport.

Just got back from
Just got back from Dunsborough.
On wright bank, the swell rolls hard. Anything over 2m will be too much if you have kids on the boat.
Wright bank is like a car park at the moment, boats everywhere.

Thx for advice guys!
I have been following the info under the Dunsborough Spots post with interest.
Any other advice most welcome.
My Navionics chart shows very little around the area.
Cheers,
