Crabs should be back on next month, I used to find February one of the best months, down Dunsborough way, on the Busso side of the Quindalup boat ramp was good, but back in Busso, I used to get them in front of the Port Geographe marina. Go out around 16:30 and the crabs would be coming back from the deeper water. You will mostly catch jenny’s But if they’re on, it won’t take you long to catch them.

Crabs are thick at the moment, not sure about squid.
Funny year this year mostly blues.

Have found the same in Mandurah, I've only caught 2 females this year. I throw them back, can't be bothered with the smaller claws.
