went to eshed around 5 pm today took the kids wife ect
got 30+ scally macks
seen others pull in a flonder and a few flatheads
i didnt get much myself just the bait fish
not sure why they all catch and i dont maybe im using wrong rig or something

Mate i was down there myself
Mate i was down there myself with the wife and kids last night around 5pm until about 730pm and we caught heaps of scalies my 4 year old was getting 2 at a time and he was having a blast. we just used bait chasers and a small bit of prawn and eventually didnt bait up the hooks just threw some burley in and were still getting them. I ended up with a bucket full that will get frozen for bait up north.
There was 2 guys set up for the night next to us with some big lines out but i didnt see anything big get caught by the time we left.
That is a great spot to get the little one into it when it fires.
ps what were you waring and where were you sitting?

i had 2 boys and a a girl and
i had 2 boys and a a girl and the wife a white tub with blue lid 2 big rods and some small ones for the kids i think i was one of the 2 down from you was certainly plenty of scallies and i got heaps in the freezer for when i go to narrows during the week to try for a mulla also want to try for a shark someware i like eatign them lots

NightWolf when you head down to narrows make sure you take a few Halco Slicers with you 20 gram you clean up on the tailor on the right night! was down there a few weeks ago every cast was landing them was insane and they werent just your average small choppers. If your going for mulloway aswell i suggest using medium size live tailor if you can catch some will give you more of a chance of landing those sneaky mulloway!
