Easter at Rotto

Spent a lovely 3 days at Rotto over the weekend with the family.

Caught a nice Harlequin whilst drift baiting on Friday arvo.  He joined a few king prawns which made for a perfect dinner.

Lazing around in Stark Bay Friday and Saturday.  Caught a sized cray whilst snorkelling which was a bonus.

No concerns with the engel, cd player and lights running with this baby.

Beer O'clock time. Stark

Tue, 2008-03-25 08:35

Beer O'clock time.

Stark Bay shoreline

The swell came up Sunday morning and turned the north side of rotto to pea soup.  Met up with Ryse in Thomo Bay to cancel diving because of swell so we bailed and headed home.

Great 3 days on the water with a good mix of family, fishing, easter eggs and beer.

Cheers Pete

Love the safety line attached to the tube. Was that for the little kids sake or for the bigger kids who were polishing off a few frothies?:)
