That’s Eddie becoming another victim of the cancel culture. Must have been Anne Aly and some Greens polly signing the letter which tipped him over the edge….
I’ll look back on Eddie as someone who did more for the game at large than anyone in my lifetime and someone who hung around a little bit longer than he should have and was probably his own worst enemy in the end. He made himself into someone that you loved to hate even though you never really hated him and in the process kept the Collingwood brand in the forefront and on point.
The memory of him cracking the shits after Sheed’s goal will be my lasting vivid memory of Ed.

Collingwood were always on a hiding if they released the findings, at least they had the balls to do the audit and they used people that where always going to put their opinions forward.Goodes has been quiet the whole time.

Don't disagree with you Bill collector but it's 2021 now and things that used to be accepted are certainly not any more. He had plenty of opportunities to save his club this embarrassment but chose to stick it to him instead.

I think it's a shame he lost out to the bullies. Certainly a bloke that had a real passion for his club and led it through financial success.

I agree with Frosty's comments. Did a huge amount for the club but stayed too long and was pretty dumb with his comments at times. I'd still have a beer with him!

Never liked him much , sorry he had to go the way he did. Pushed out by the BLM and PC movements . Between Cricket and footy having to bow down to these muppets there isnt a whole lot worth watching on TV any more , at least the fish dont have any agendas.
