Error when posting pics on site

Just wondering if anybody has had this issue when posting pics on the site before?
"Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 83886080 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 3456 bytes) in /home/fishwrec/public_html/includes/image.gd.inc on line 190"
I thought it might have been due to the size of the image, but I posted the image in a thread no probs. The issue only happens when I try to add an individual image.

Whats the file type and what are the dimensions? I think theres a 700kb limit on individual images and a bit more liberal on forum threads. It will be something with your file as that is an error associated with file size, type or name (apostrophe's, comma's etc)
