ET tabs for Sea sickness
Submitted by crasny1 on Tue, 2019-02-26 09:00
A few on here know what I do.
But recently had a few people ask about ET (ie Andrew Ettingshausen) tabs.
Haven't heard about them so just wondering if anyone on here has used them and thoughts.
Cheers

Don't know about them
I've used Kwell that give me a head ache and various others that have ginger type ingredients that haven't helped.
I've found Sea-Legs really good. Available online from NZ.

Sea sickness is associated
Sea sickness is associated with the nervous system so taking ginger is pointless,it might stop you from physically throwing up but that's about all.

Will try them
Thanks for suggestion Hilko. Sea sickness sometimes affects my son and Kwells give him a dry throat so have gone online and ordered some Sea-Legs. Hopefully works as well for him as it does for you.

They're Great
I got onto these when I was overnight fishing when I used to be involved in the gamefishing scene for a couple of years; we'd prefish, or get baits the day before we fishied a Comp on a Sunday.. My issue is that I cannot sleep on a boat, so I was useless on a Sunday; which made for a very very long day...one nickname I earned during that time was Chucky..
I tried Travelcalm, but for me, that made me feel like I was almost stoned (it was a weird feeling...no seasickness...but useless on the boat) - couldn't tie knows and wasn't reactive to the situation
So I changed over to the 1800seasick tablets from NSW that ET promotes.
For me, they were a fantastic solution. no more issues at all and thus had an enjoyable weekend out on the water.
you can only get them from the NSW Pharmaceutical supplier (Called BOVA Chemist)
This has also been discussed in the past on fishwrecked
