Etec - leg weep hole leak?

Hi,
THe 150HP etec on the evo has just bounced its way 2500km home. Noticed today that the weep hole on the leg has some black discharge on it.
I previously had a leak from the equivalent weep hole on my old 2 stroke johnson and it was a seal for the gear box oil. However that discharge was obviously oil. This seems carbon-y but still a little greasy.
Is this obviously normal for the etec or is it off to chivers for new seals/o-rings?

Is this a new motor? Has the motor been run afew times or has it come straight from the dealer.
If it was leaking from the o ring the oil should be a greenish colour as thats what they usually use in the gear box. Mine leaked from there and needed the o ring replaced but that was back in 09 when they where using a dodgy o ring material.

Yeh
Yeh as holth said the gearbox oil we put in is more of a greenish colour but if your not sure the best thing to do is take it in!!

sucked out crap
probbably just been sucked out with the wind and a bit of water after traveling at high speed or just the water and it has concentrated the grime thats on the
rest of that area but it does seem like carbon build up from the exhaust washing out
