IMO go for the Rib, wasn't a great fan of cats until about 6 months back till a mate dropped the front corner if his in a small hole and it cartwheeled, flipping them in to the drink, luckily they were travelling with another boat at the time. Though not the cats fault 20 minutes after that one went over another copped a wave going through the gap between the islands, smashed up boat, both engines dunked while running so would expect a veery expensive rebuild and one bloke with 6 broken ribs and a fractured sternum and the other with a huge gash in the top of his noggin.

Cats are friggen dangerous. The great ride in certain conditons gives the skipper a false sense of security........try a large following 1/4 sea in a cat if you want to scare yourself.......Great to fish off though.
