We are arriving on the Monday 4th....
Spewing, imagine a kayaker taking out the comp.. Maybe next year!!!
We will be at the lighthouse Caravan Park for 10-12 days tho if anyone wants to have a beer, and maybe a fish of a yak, as we will have two with us!

Theres a heap of us at the lighthouse in the bungalows Brett. Sandys kindly offered to cook for everyone as well
Most will be staying on for the best part of the week following the comp so Im sure a few ales could had then.

we will be up there the week
we will be up there the week leading up to that weekend. Unfortunately we have to be out of the house we rented on the Saturday
or else wouldve been awesome. But if any of you are up there that week would be great to catch up at the pub one night for a drink or two. If anyone is interested maybe we can arrange something for all to catch up one night.

yeh that would be great Russ. There will deff be 5 of us going up and if my mates bro inlaw comes might be 9 on 2 boats. Shame we couldnt stay for that whole weekend. But it would be great to get some fishing done during the week before with some of the FW crew. Will swap numbers closer to the date for sure. Maybe everyone should get FW stickers for their boats so we know who each other are when at the ramps. Well more for me as i havent been lucky enough to meet anyone yet....

If your going to tent it Shorty there will be heaps of room, as for cabins, can't help you on that one.
Going to be a bloody good time, thats for sure!!

whats the actual go for the comp? cost, times, format( ie heaviest fish or line class) etc or is that yet to be decided

Adam is still working it all out
but so far there is going to be a beach fishing section and a boat section i think over two days mostly catch and release if i remember right.

To be decided on the prizes and line class, there will be a gamefish section, bottom bounce section and landbased section, which will have smaller subsections. Its $10 per person entry for Saturday and Sunday and theres a prize pool of $500 so far and a large blown up photo of a coral trout under the Exxy Navy pier donated by Gully. So including the entry fee $ tally, probably another $500 to go into the kitty without any sponsors or anything else included.
