Fri, 2021-12-31 19:05

We hit the compleat fad tues morning. There were 3 or 4 boats, we had a hit from a suspected small tuna which was lost and after a bit of trolling we floated down some mulies that were taken by sharks. no dollie action for us and we didnt see anyone else hook up to anything.

Looked to be about 6 to 8

Wed, 2022-01-05 11:20

Looked to be about 6 to 8 kg. Much bigger than the SBT's that are around. Tasted superb as sashimi!

Inside out

When ya look at the guts of younger YFT right up to bull dollies, they often have a gut full of very small prey. Small pushers/jets can be really effective - less so in the bedroom hahaha

Yes Rod these had small bait in them. Always worth looking at what your catch has been eating.
