caught a couple of blue line emporer only. Pretty quite up this way for our boat anyway. Tides not perfect. However blessed to see a mother and calf humpy very close to the boat, and silly me dropped a bled mackeral overboard. Was holding it by the tail to allow the blood to pump into the water, and it kicked, and that was that.

Also lots of just undersize bluebone, going for squid and jigs.

Went out off geograph fri and sat and was bloody great conditions saw a heap of whales playing around some even close by. Got bugger all fish though, first day went about 10 to 12 miles out lots of bites and shit but no definate hookups ended up with a big gurnad and about three flat head on the way back in, then saturday went from bugger all off to about 4 mile or just inside and managed a couple of kg's and herring. But bit of a no goer weekend away Frown. Not to worry planning another trip down to try some new ground.
