Some photos of the last few months efforts, nothing out of the ordinary but I finally knocked over a few snapper on SP, the mcarthys paddle tails, abrolis tackle paddle tails and zman curley tails doing well. The big cray was from a mates pot in 11m last pull of the season, he was more than happy obviously!

It went well, I grilled it for and hour and it went tough to so foiled it for another 2 hours and I went tender as, next time i'll foil it first then grill last for a bit of crispyness, olive oil salt pepper and a few herbs. I try to hold it around 230f mate.
