Went for a all nighter sat night mannaged 2 gummies, one under 60 (released) and the other pushin 80cm (kept)

Yea when i bled it it didnt have any smell of amonia unlike other sharks ive caught n they are ment to be bloody good so keen on seen how they cookup
Also whats the best way to cook em im thinkin of beer batter with some homemade chips

Batter and fry like you're thinking of or even just shallow fry with some chilli, lemon and butter in a hot pan

Yea i might crumb n shallow fry, my uncle uses salt n vinegar chips grinded to crump snapper n mulloway ect. So might try that dip the fillets in egg then roll in the chips

Caught a good size one down
