Yea when i bled it it didnt have any smell of amonia unlike other sharks ive caught n they are ment to be bloody good so keen on seen how they cookup 

Also whats the best way to cook em im thinkin of beer batter with some homemade chips

 Yea i might crumb n shallow fry, my uncle uses salt n vinegar chips grinded to crump snapper n mulloway ect. So might try that dip the fillets in egg then roll in the chips

 Caught a good size one down at yeagerup few weekends ago. Was a nice surprise for sure. Let it go
