First Spanish Mackeral

Managed my First Spanish mackeral after having a shocking record landing them previously. Caught it landbased Metro spinning on a halco max. Safe to say im absolutely stoked went 15.56 kg on the scales

A metro landbased , spinning mack is a top effort mate , something very few achieve , with the , all over the place, weather lately its good to see some around.

Sorry mate at this stage Auslobster is right, as much as im willing to give it away for the sake of it encouraging people to get out there,
my fishing mate is desperate for me to keep it quiet until the water cools down.
But from what i've heard there are a fair few being caught just got to go down to a platform and start spinning, we had a balloon out too but no interest.
To be honest Auslobster there was no activity at all just blind casting into really dirty water.

Especially metro. How many thousand casts have you put in for that? And when you finally get it , you realise that how many casts went before, just don't matter.

For all the fish you catch in your life there will only be a few that get etched in your mind for ever, right there son i'd say you've just landed a keeper for life....
Good on you mate and having the great attitude you have adds to it....
Dont worry about ever telling people your spot regardless of the water temp, there are too many people out there looking for the quick fix, make them earn it and let them make their own discoveries and besides you want a bit of casting room without having to worry about clowns crowding you out!!
