Unfortunately middle range
Unfortunately middle range can mean anything to anybody. Probably best to work on a price range you would look at.
The Furuno FVC620L is certainly an awesome sounder, we stock them and Ive seen them at work and finding fish/structure very easily. It has features that has been brought over from "commercial" sounders with 600W at each frequency to boot.
Currently we are doing a limit special on the Furuno sounders. Special prices with free 600W transducer, so drop in to check them out.

Thanks for the response and info, is bottom lock were the screen gives you a flat line for the bottom ? or does it work like a zoom
Is furuno the only manufactures that have it i have been looking at the lowrance x107c but dont think it has bottom lock

Yes bottom lock flatlines
Yes bottom lock flatlines the bottom and acts like a zoom so you only see the bottom 5 or 10m of the water. That way its much easier to determine what kind of bottom is it and whether there's fish on it or not. Furuno is at the forefront of bottom lock technology, Garmin and Navman also have these features but they dont do it as well as Furuno and are not true bottom lock.
I'll let Ryan elaborate on this.
