Hi everyone. Went to trigg beach and caught this funny looking fish. Pictures a bit unclear but have blue lips, about 30-40cm, gave the bream gear a good run. Anybody know what this is?

It's a wrasse ( brown wrasse) I think.

Searched up wrasse but none
Searched up wrasse but none had blue Lips. It looks like a brown wrasse for sure but the blue lips are funny. Could it be a mutation?
