Pelagic Armourhead

Fri, 2015-08-28 07:38

I agree with Carry,

this is a Pelagic Armourhead Pseudopentaceros richardsoni.  It is actually a member of the boarfish family.  They are found in 350-600m of water thoughout the temperate regions of the whole southern hemisphere!  I expect it was quite tasty.

Cheers,

Glenn
