Fishing Buddy Turns 16 Tomorrow

My decky/ now skipper turns 16 tomorrow. Loved every minute of it. Looking forward to many more catches to come. Abalone are from this morning and what a glorious morning it was. For those with young kids get them fishing early, one minute knee high next they are going for their drivers license.

My hat is off to you for mentoring a well rounded woman of the ocean. She can catch fish and skipper a boat. Puts most of us to shame...:D
My wife understands why I clean my rods n reels in the shower....

For the kind comments, went for the first drive in the passenger seat yesterday with the L plates up, now thats a character building experience. Ive had my kids driving the Hilux in paddocks and beaches from an age when they can reach the peddles. Being on the road is a whole new kettle of fish.

Thankfully my 18 & 20 yo
Thankfully my 18 & 20 yo both have their licences. There were some testing times getting thme there! They wouldn't go with their mother and vice versa so it was up to me. I'm in a sling for 6 weeks following shoulder surgery so I drivers when I need them!
