Has anyone got some advice for boat fishing around Cossack and Point samson?  Caught a nice Jack near the causeway at low tide, but im looking to do some Trolling or flicking lures within the river systems from the Boat.  Can anyone provide some advice on these areas, perhaps good rockbars, best tides  etc etc?
