Fishing dongara

Hi guys,
Just wondering what dongara is like fishing when swell is up? Is it easy enough to get out in 2-2.5m swells? Meant to be going up last week in may weather pending. Have never fished there before

Seaweed
Dongara is always choked with seaweed whenver I go there, year round.
