Hi guys reasonably new here just got myself a 17 ft streaker and want to be able to take my 11 yo daughter out fishing not to far off the coast at first to see how she goes I have always fished Off Walpole /Peacefull bay so would like some info on places to fish around Perth then if she has good sea legs and likes will head out further for some good stuff nearist ramp would be Woodmans point thanks Mark

time of the year to just go out and get a feed of squid and whiting. you dont have to travel too far for that either. good test to see if she has good sea legs, and it isnt hard to get a decent feed.

straight
out the front of woodies point. anywhere from 2 - 6 metres deep, weedy areas with patches of sand. will definately get the squid, and maybe a king george.
sand whiting, just go out to 20m deep behind garden/carnac islands, before 5 fathom.
