Cow town bay
Put your boat in at Cowaramup bay and head north about 4 nm and about 800 metres offshore, you will come up on to some heavy bottom , if you search around there are some deep channels and pinnacles that hold small dhuies, blue and green groper, queens snapper etc.
Be very careful if any sort of swell is running because it can come up quickly and close out across the mouth .
Don't waste you time fishing the Cow bommie, there is usually bugger all on it , it rises something like 60-80 feet straight up on the outside if I remember correctly

thanks
gday and thanks, that sounds within my capabilities, you say be careful in anysort of swell down there, given calm winds what swell height would be a no go.

Swell
Anything above 2.5 metres with an easterly would be borderline because once it shifts round for the sea breeze it will become rough in a very short time.
