Yeh mate,
Thanks heaps for staying on call....after mucking about managed to start it and head home
Whole ignition system shorted out with water spraying over engine from broken off flushing T-piece (taking cover off) and ran a cylinder less on the outboard from 40km mark. Full throttle the whole way for only 9knts, saw me use all my fuel + reserve with about 5L left in tank to make it home. It was a close call.
I'm removing the flushing point off the engine next time, as this is what broke when I tried to take cover off to inspect starting problems (starter motor failed - had to pull start it). As i use muffs mostly.
Confusing...yes because it was a complicated situation and multiple things broke haha
Thanks Again hey!

Cracking Video
Nice work with the fish, camera and editing software, shame about the slow ride in. Oh yeah, the conditions look terrible too! I was stuck with the kids on the beach thinking "we should be out deep today!"

nice one - solid school of sambos!
When asked by a non-fisherman 'how many fishing rods do you really need?' the correct answer is either:
n+1 (where n is the number of fishing rods you currently own); or
n-1 (where n is the number of fishing rods which would cause your significant other to dump you.
