Fishing rod suggestion

Hey guys, Im looking for a saltwater fishing rod that i can use on the rock walls for general species e.g. Skippy, herring and the general but has enough power to pull in that bigger fish if needed like a bonito my budget is $150 max im going to pair up the rod with a shimano Sienna 4000 (Please tell me if this is that good of an option of reel)

 i would go something like a daiwa black label supercaster 

nice and light to throw lures and smallish baits all day, plus plenty of grunt when you need it.

 I got a shimano zodias 4-8lb you can have for 150 if not id go a ns black hole amped rod they are 150 bux exactly and they have the strength for bigger fish but are nit a heavy rod https://www.tacklewarehouse.com.au/n-s-amped-rods.html these guys are got them unless some one local does then go have a look and feel in store

 Have a look at the assassin spin rods, can get them for around $120 on special and worth every cent at that price. Great for flicking lures and baits, 9foot is a good all round length
