fishing tonight

just wandering if there any spots around perth or mandarah or rockingham or the other side that are worth going to tonight really keen on getting a descent fish and maybe giving my lures a crack since ive never caught fish on lures

have you given the ASI a crack before ...been a long while for me ...but we used to catch the small sandwhiting off the first rockwall then head up round to the outcrop , throw a set line across the channel ..and you can flick around on all 3 sides there as well... seen just about everything caught from there , when they're on the bite that is..Good chance you'll get a run on the set line though all be it a ray , possibly a shark or maybe even a 9kg pinkie ..good luck , be a nice night out in any case.

it's the groyne you see south of woodmans point ...to get there go up cockburn rd turn right into one the shipbuilding yard carparks follow the road which doglegs around ...they've put some big boulders across entry so you'll will have to leg it from that point...best I can explain it
