Pitty there was only 2 wheel nuts on each tyre, lucky they didnt have far to go... Even threw in a couple of wheel guards for it.

easy way (IMO)
right click picture in your album -> choose open with -> choose paint
go under image tab -> choose stretch/skew
in the stretch boxes chose a % (say 40% - that will make it 40% of the original size) for both horizontal and vertical.
then save it
should make the picture a more managable size.
