According to local celebrity chef, Dale Sniffen, there’s a reason you find calamari on so many restaurant menus.
It’s delicious, there are lots of creative ways to cook it and it’s a definite favourite for lovers of seafood.
If you want to learn the tips and tricks to create the perfect squid dish from this passionate foodie, register for this Thursday evening’s Calamari Classic Squid Fishing Workshop at the Cockburn Power Boat Association.
Doors open at 6pm and its free to attend, but if you want to come along, head straight to www.calamariclassic.com.au as there’s only a few places left.
