friday the 9th the fish go off
Well had a day of work to get a fish before the 15th, Got up at five and check sea breeze all looked good so of to fuel up and a call to Menopaul and Jody ,we all caught up at the marina and we were of. Conditions were great with a light onshore breeze, after steaming out for some time we finally arrived at the depth we were targeting. The fish were everywhere with schools on the sounder all over the edge. baits on and down they went within minutes we were all pulling fish in snapper, dhuies ,blackass things were hot for a couple of hours before it slowed up, we had a great white come in for a look, and cruise of into the distance ,anyway what a day between 25 -30 snapper(lost count) most size and all released in good condition 10 dhuies 5 kept and the rest released five blackass three kept ,one amberjack and a red snapper + a large leatherjacket.=sergeant baker, a day to remember

Great work guys That certainly is a day to remember
Looks like all three of you really hit the mark with the Dhuies. And to run into a school of snapper like that - that's a fishing experience I dream of.
Looks like being a Grandad hasn't slowed you down Paul. Another great fish to add to your collection Jody - and Uncle Jesse - it might be time to get the clippers out again (Lol).
