Look at the ripples in water around both legs that are dipped into water... the legs must be moving.
The clue says - "pay attention to detail".
If "B" was dead - rigor mortis would have set in and the body would be "stiff" and only ripples would be coming from say one side because of wind or current direction.
These ripples are radiating from legs that are moving - so must still be alive.

If you see the legs of person B, there is vibration in the water. This makes us sure that person B is not dead.
Now many of us will say that the person “A” is dead as his body is floating in the water.
But the question is do dead bodies float in water?. The answer is yes, but it takes at least 2 to 3 days for a dead body to float.
In the starting 1 to 2 days, a dead body sinks under the water, thereafter it starts floating.
Thus, person A is not dead as it doesn’t make any sense for 2 people (B & C) to come to the pool to chill out with a dead body
floating in it.
Finally, let’s have a look at Person C. If you see closely, the person is having a laptop in his hand and it is in the water. Also, he seems to be in a subconscious state."
...and this answer doesnt make any sense to me..... How can you tell that is a laptop? ... and he may be passed out from too much booze...... and why would A and B come to the pool if there is a body floating in an inner tube?

A i reckon. They all have ripples coming off of them and how do you know that A or B's ripples arent caused from C bouncing around. 'A' died got stuck to the kreepy crawley for a couple of days, then old mates jump in, A floats to surface face down then B or C flip him over and chill.
Seems a bit silly and open ended with no proper answer.
