I am intrigued by your success.
My poor cousin way of getting occy in the Mandurah cut is a double gidgie. One with a herring (or other fish) speared on, the other ready to "fire".
I just dangle the baited one in likely looking holes in the wall, and if a occy comes out for a feed, bang with the other.
But my memories of diving for cray I don't recall seeing many occies like you seem to get.
Also how to you dispatch them. I always use the invert the head technique.
Or gaff straight up beak both kill them instantly. Very few occys where I get Crays from. Small gaff and gidge best way. Shoot inbetween eyes .gaff behind them pull them out.
