Friday's bash

Took the boys out on Friday in mint conditions, hit the Jackpot in one good bit of ground. We landed 9 Sambo's and the rest of the bag in around an hour of red hot fun.
Smiles say it all.
Here's a quick vid of the boat winch in operation, we are getting a new one soon with better capacity.

Cheers guys, and yeah gilly loving the ute. We also had a top Herring and Skippy bash off the beach on Saturday. Beach fishing is a good hangover cure :P

What time did you get them
What time did you get them Andy? We tried everything on Friday, had big longtail tuna, ytk and shark mackerel around the boat as well as lots of snapper on the sounder and couldnt buy a bite. Was depressing heading back to the ramp while the conditions were still so good but we had literally run out of ideas to catch a fish!

Around 1pm Beau, that's when most of the action happened. It was quite up until then, we had gone out wider into 42m for 1 of the Dhuies around 11.30-12 but came back in to 35m for the rest.

1 pm Andy,right in the middle of bite time well done,we had a fish on Friday as well but couldnt find the big ones.Had to settle for a couple of bronzies and a couple of average dhuies,conditions were a bit still to get a decent drift happening.I am going to stop winging re boat ramps down here in Bunno after watching your little vid there LOL.

Ha ha yeah mate, it's a bit of fun launching and retrieving but worth the effort with the minimal boat traffic up out way. Yeah Chris will post a vid soon putting boat on and the Sambo's just go as bloody good cray bait. I keep telling the boys about the bloody rods Dougie :/
