Just chasing the settings for manual mode for reds and dhuies. Obviously it's high frequency and bottom lock and zoom. What tvg are u running and clutter etc. let me know what you are running cheers.

Tvg for the depth your fishing
I run my colour erase at 25% and clutter about 15% use 1/3 bottom discrimination on the bottom lock dhuies show as a blu blob with a yellow bit in the middle

Cheers for the info. It's a 8b200khz 2kw. So it's high frequency. I would prefer it to be reading so that the dhuies are red blobs.

I was told what ever depth
I was told what ever depth you're in set you're tvg deeper! Say ya fishing 50m set it on 60m out deep if ya on a edge from 400m-450m set it on 460/470m I have both my tvg curves at 4. I don't erase any colours! Sum times depending on the tide ect you might only get a few blue, yellow flecks but you will pull a box full of reds and goldys off it
