FWA PE 6-8 overhead
Submitted by OS on Fri, 2016-05-13 14:27
Hi
I'm looking at getting another PE 6 overhead rod and saw the FWA series. They are relatively cheap and was wondering if they are good value or not. Has anyone had any experiences good or bad with these rods?
Cheers

PE6-8 Extreme Rod
They are a great rod with an awesome blank. That same blank is used in a high end jigging rod and we've used it for super deep fishing and handles big fish/heavy weights/jigs with ease.

Thanks Oceanside!
I'm living in Europe and the choice of rods of here is very limited and very expensive for very ordinary quality. I'll probably end up getting one seeing as you recommend them, at that price I can't really go wrong. Just trying to think through the logistics of getting it sent up here to me.
Cheers

I use this rod for deep drop
I use this rod for deep drop too, I cut the butt length down about 6 inches which made it much nicer to fight big abase etc.
