G'day
Gday Fishwrecked,
Post #1, long time follower of this site and absolutely love it, so thought it's about time I sign up
and contribute. Especially this week after the mighty Kangas registered a win haha!
I've been a keen fisho since catching a few big bull herring off the beach at Busso as a 6yr old
under the guidance of my old man, and was hooked for life from that day on...Most of my
fishing these days is off Hillaries/ Ocean Reef, plus a few trips a year to the lower mid-west
targeting everything from squid/whiting/ crays to dhu's/ baldies/ etc. Also been fortunate over the
years to have fished pretty much every part of our awesome WA coast from Perth to Wyndham
catching everything from big tailor at Kalbarri, a 480lb black marlin at the Rowley Shoals, and
barra in the rivers near Wyndham - geez we're lucky to live in this part of the world!
Anyway, love the work and banter of all the regulars - so much good info shared and some epic
stories, hopefully i can add to this going forward
Cheers

Roos were my second favourite
Roos were my second favourite team growing up. In fact during the 90s my training jumper was a Roos guernsey with no 2 on the back.
Officially off the Pies bandwagon

cheers boys, Yeah they were my VFL team as a kid, stayed loyal once the AFL came along. 2 flags for us vs 3 for the WA teams since then so all good
Love my team, but anyone tipping us for 2 in a row is braver than the first bloke to eat a sea urchin!

Hey Roobouy welcome aboard.
Hey Roobouy welcome aboard. I was a bit of a Roos fan as a kid too, due to the East Perth connection - Ross Glendinning, Phil Kelly, and Dean Turner to name a few. Didn't mind watching those Krakour boys play either.

Welcome Roobouy. You'll get
Welcome Roobouy. You'll get good advice and some genuine generosity here. Plus some bloody funny banter.
I don't mind the Roos except that I tipped them last week and then changed it before the game!
