Getting boat to coral bay
Submitted by crano on Wed, 2019-04-10 18:43
I am going to coral bay getting there on 28th of april. We have got a caravan now and want to take that and the boat. If need be I will do two trips but was hoping I could pay someone that is going there to take the boat. I live in bunbury but could get the boat to perth before I leave. Even gettig it to carnarvon would be a big help. The boat is a 6m glass boat on a good trailer that has four brand new bearings and two spare wheels and a complete hub and I have tools and a jack. Some trips out fishing would be part of the deal if interested. If anybody has any ideas could you ring me on 0417829899.

have a look at some
have a look at some transport options to carnarvon.
few mates have done it before
then you just have to drive back and grab it from carnarvon.
4-6 days gone of your trip if you have to go back and get it.....

Even doing 2 trips up towing
Even doing 2 trips up towing it would be a lot cheaper than decent accommodation. We looked at staying 2 weeks in a chalet . Ended up with a tent site. More $ to spend fishing

I had the same delema in
I had the same delema in coral bay from 26th so went and bought the misssus a prado so she could tow the camper trailer.
and now my little fella has just broken his leg so looks like we’re not going. I’ll see whether any of our other crew going can tow it might be someone just taking a tent.

You’ve got a good memory there Crano ! . That’s Woodys Tub . He’s not coming up this year . I’ll be travelling with the wife so it’s camper time ! , no sleeping in the swag this time ... :) If the weather is good I’ll pop down to C’von and drag the boat up for a few days . ( pending on if I can be assed ! )
