Great going buddy
Have you noticed the difference in the way that some food tastes and smells, keep it up you will in time, notice how you breathing will improve dramatically.
I have never smoked by the way but a few friends of mine have told me about the above changes they have noticed.

Well Done!
welcome to the club! I had my last one in Cronulla at 7.20 pm on 26th March 1995. Went on patches for 90 days after stopping on 40 gaspers a day. Made it easy to give up after I accepted the fact I had a nicotine addiction. Haven't looked back but I do occasionally feel an urge to have one but the sensation goes as quick as it came on.... bloody awful things they are.... save on $$$ and buy yourself some new good tackle or a holiday!

Good man. I've passed the info about the book onto the Mrs as her mum has been a heavy smoker since around 14 and when she's on the drink pretty much lights a new fag with the one she's about to finish.
