Make sure you have heaps of plastics, the fish love them. Just check your tides and fish the lead up where ever you can where the wind isnt! I'm doing a shore based survey of the national park tomorrow so will see whats on the go. :)

Hey Dasho,

The shore based fishing really fired up here over the last 3 days. The spangleds were going off from the beach, FINALLY!! I think it was the lead up to the full moon and the neap tides which set them off. Also the fact that we are coming up to spawning season so they may be fattening up in preparation. Best areas to try were North of Neds Camp and around Lakeside. There have also been golden's schooling up at Lakeside with bonefish amongst them.

The gulf is still fishing well for Yellowfin whiting/yellowfin bream with the occasional threadie amongst them.

I haven't heard much from Oysters lately, but one old fella also got a beautiful blackspot tuskfish just up from the surf beach on wreck road on a king prawn floated on the drop off.

I haven't had much of a crack in the marina lately, but its always worth a shot if its too windy elsewhere. Dusk on rising tide over from filleting table is a goer.

Cheers,
Adam
