to be honest , you dont
to be honest , you dont realy need spots up there. yeah i was given a few years back but i have never used them as i found some of my own. most of the area is fairly flat ground. just need to keep an eye on the sounder and you will find the fish . 50 to 60 mtrs is where i would start looking and its not that far out.
hope this helps.

Sure.
Would you like shark or nw blowie spots!
Just kidding , as above comments , its probally the best ground in Wa for just mooching around looking for areas.
Some spots you had 2 years ago hold nothing and a 1km away the screen lights up.
Seek and you will find.

yeah as above sound sound
yeah as above sound sound sound, I've picked up my biggest Estauries by stopping on little lumps showing up on the sounder as we are moving out. Fish the contours and start in the 40's working out to the 70's Depends how far you want to head out.

take lots of gear
So i reckon take lots of gear - the taxman readily sniffs you out up there so have plenty of standby rigs, as you will lose a fair few rigs. I did, anyway.
Also, due to the taxman being omnipresent :P I recommend you fish with heavy gear to be able to winch anything you do catch up quickly.
The area in general gets hit pretty hard by lots of people like myself/yourself looking to get a feed of nice redfish/goldband, etc. I took five days to finally get onto some decent ground which held some black snapper.
What size boat are you taking up?
I took my 5m C/C out to 60m with the Family; ground looks awesome in most places; challenge is to get your catch to the boat.
All in all a great place to take a boat so enjoy the trip and the awesome aquatic scenery !

Yeh not too hard to find
Yeh not too hard to find ground up here. Even with a computer full of 30 years of marks on it I would say over half the fish we catch are off spots we found that day. Chuck some lures out keep an eye on the sounder and I'm sure you will have a few options soon enougth. Its normally more to do with if the fish are hungy rather thank where you fish up here. If you do have troble dont be shy and say hi down tabbles and will be more than happy to point you in right direction. If you do get given any marks I would guess those spots would be very second hand by the time you get there anyway.

When you get pissed off with losing fish and gear to sharks
and the weather permits, go out to the 100m+ line, run a soft oscar in Black/purple in a short positon and a lumo soft oscar out in long position and have fun with the small blacks, wahoo and YFT thats what we ended up doing (run a teaser if you have one and use wire on your shackle rigs)
