Gravel Patch???

Reading through some online articles I have found a place called the Gravel Patch mentioned a few times. From what I can gather, it is in Cockburn Sound?If anyone has coordinates for this area, and tips on what you can expect to catch etc, it would be much appreciated.

old term!
The gravel patch is a generic old term/spot that pink snapper would congregate around. Doesnt really exsist these days as the Sound is made up of Mud/clay/silt/reef/shale/sand/coral etc!
