Green eye sharks

Hi all has anyone tried to eat the green eye sharks.
Out deep they seenm to be every where.
Just woundering what peolpes opinons are on them.

If they taste good i'd encourage everyone to keep & eat....may reduce the numbers

Tried some today in batter,
Tried some today in batter, the flesh is soft and white. I'm not to keen on it, as the
fillets doesn't have a nice smell to them when raw. Have to give it another go
cooked differently. Still have a few feeds in the freezer to get rid off if anyone wants
to try. If you are like us wogs we will try anything
Also caught a couple leather jackets that were bigger than the pinky I caught. The pinky went 76cm.

DogFish and the smell could have been the amonia
