Auto inflate!!! If you end up in the drink it will inflate automatically, no need to fumble around looking for a cord.

Doesnt seem like much to pay to save a life

I asked about auto inflate
I asked about auto inflate and how they go off. He said there is a section out of the way of weather etc on the inside and there is a tablet that will desolve when you hit the water . Good for if you hit your head on the rocks etc and pass out on the way in

There's a few different ones
There's a few different ones that are suitable for fishing without it been bulky. We have BLA one that is similar to that Burke one but for a lot less. We also have this compact Stearns Inflata-Belt Max belt worn PFD

The auto ones need to be
The auto ones need to be emersed in water for two seconds to activate. I have and use the manual ones for bream spinning in comps and you do also want to try different styles for comfort.
One went of on a guy once i new and he had it under his wet weather gear. Anyway no stretch at all in his wet weather gear and it nearly crushed his lungs
