Mate I'll never forget the crap and non support Dockers fans heaped on WC when we were winning flags and in our prime. And there was never any support your fellow state team or anything like that. I hope they taste the bitterness of defeat. We have had our share.

what makes this so
what makes this so interesting is that at the beginning of the year freo was written off, eagles were written as 'best team ever seen', 'undefeatable'. and now typical eagles supporters finding it to hard to eat sour lemons. and winning flags? 2 out of 3 was before dockers joined.

I reckon Freo will be in with a huge chance next week. If they bring tonight's heat for four quarters I'm not sure the Hawks will be able to handle it.

They had the hunger Hookt but nerves almost got the better of them in the first quarter. They'll need to kick a lot straighter than that against a non depleted side that are as good as if not better than them.

While I wish for freo success next week I know they havent got it yet.
I'm not sure if freo will win. I'm not sure if hawks will win.
What I am absolutely sure of is the freo players and fans wont be left wondering. There wont be any what ifs. There will be an enormous effort and intense pressure. And thats all I ask and expect.

I bleed blue and gold, but said to the mrs a couple of weeks ago that if the Dockers knock off the Cats they would go all the way. If they win, one thing that would put a smile on my face is seeing Pav lift the cup. Superstar of the game and has shown exceptional loyalty through many years of failure. If they lose, I guess I'll have a quiet little chuckle having been through that pain as a supporter.
Kudos to the Freo supporters...they were awesome at the game yesterday (just watching on TV). Nice to see, after putting up with a lot of fairweather Eagles supporters all year.
