Interesting chart. Keep in mind, the lines are approximate and vary a bit to the strength.
I have the PE -> mm conversions somewhere to dig them up. You can find them out by using a formula though. mm = 0.1655*sqrt(PE number)

bottom right conversion table states 1 yard = 1 foot = 0.914m, it should be 1 yd = 3 ft ...
apart from that, good, helpful chart.

Good spotting Dan. That would make a 6ft bloke 5.5m tall. That's Godzila size!
