I went up this morning and caught 2 fat herring and diddlie squat else! Weather was perfect and people were civil for a change when the Easter mob head out for the once a year offroad experience in their highly maintained 4x4s LOL.
Good luck on the full moon. You wont need your torch. Oh; BTW; don't forget the SPESS special brew. It leaves a great slick. Maybe that was what scared the fish off???? LOL

Nah, only one I saw one 4x4 go down. Most seemed to know what they were doing and there were a lot less people than last year that's for sure. Take a few beers mate. The conditions up there are just perfect.
I can't come up unfortunatly, I spent my brownie points today. Tomorrow is family stuff (playing grandad again). If the missus was fine to travel we would all come up (she can handle swearing) LOL.

just got back from dongara,
just got back from dongara, went to lucys beach for what was ment to be a full day fishing 3 casts later and i snapped my beach rod on a wobbie! around 1pm! worst thing was the work, carrying a load of water food and bait :( but water was flat as, heard some dhuies getting caught from lucys aswell
