help me pimp my boat

 Hi all,

Merry xmas to everyone first.

Just looking for some ideas from all you boaties. Ive just bought a 6.1 Trailcraft cuddy cab and I want to put a few things on it to make it more comfy and useable. 1st on my list is an auto anchor winch. 2nd probably some nice led lighting. Any ideas tips on best to go for etc would be appreciated. Also it has fold up side bench seats which I really like. Dont know why more boats dont have these. But the usual back bench seat is missing do I need to get one made or bought to fit across rear wall. Removeable if possible.  Any ideas again ....

Porta potty is an essential for missus so any recommendations please.

It already has the package navmans sounder and gps. Sounder works ok as sounder but fish finding looks to be limited. The gps works but doesnt acquire sats so may have issues. Either way they are both micro screens and so i guess im looking for a gps unit that has decent screen that anyone can recommend. If it includes a good fishfinder maybe ill.just flick both navmans. There the main things I can see so far but if anyone has done anything to their own that they reckon is a must id love to hear about it.

Cheers

How much money you got?

Will determine the answer to all your questions.

Don't skimp on anything. You want your toys to work when you need them to, and work well. I've lost count of the amount of times I've said "fark I'm glad I bought the better one".

If you're going for all that

If you're going for all that electronic gear a dual battery system is a must. I had a battery just die on me in the river once, so was lucky I could just change over to the other one. As Scotto said don't skimp I can't handle cheap shite. And go the Lawrance HDS range for GPS. Piss easy to use, I have the HDS9 good sized screen and coupled with a platinum card I have found some good grond just by studying the map and looking at likely spots.

 Thanks guys,

Good advice.

I have got dual battery.  Does anyone have a purely deep cycle as their second or do ya reckon an all rounder is ok?

As for budget? Ha, I guess ill start at the top then work my way back to a doable compromise.
